Refund Policy 

At 3T Sports Co (3thirdz Clothing Company), we are committed to delivering high-quality, customised sports kits and equipment tailored to your needs. Below are the conditions under which a refund may be issued. Please read carefully to understand our refund policy. 

Eligible Reasons for a Refund: 

If the product you receive is faulty or defective, you are entitled to a refund. This includes items that are damaged during shipping or that arrive in an unusable condition. Please notify us within [7 days] of receiving your order to arrange for a return and inspection. 

If the items delivered do not meet the agreed-upon design specifications (e.g., incorrect colours, logos, or design elements that differ from the customer-approved proofs), we will issue a refund or replace the items as necessary. However, please note that minor variations due to technical restraints in the production process (e.g., slight colour differences or small design adjustments) are not considered grounds for a refund. 

If your order is confirmed as lost or missing during delivery, we will offer a full refund or send a replacement free of charge. However, refunds will not be issued until an investigation has taken place with the third-party courier. The refund will only be processed once the investigation is concluded, and 3T Sports Co. has been reimbursed by the courier. 

Customers may request a refund if they change their mind within 7 days of making the payment. After this period, we will be unable to issue refunds for changes in preference. 

Non-Eligible Reasons for a Refund: 

Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons: 

As all kits are custom-made, we cannot offer refunds if an item does not fit. If a customer requires a replacement due to incorrect sizing, the price of the replacement item may differ from the original unit price, as the replacement may not benefit from the same quantity discounts as the original order. We strongly recommend that customers refer to our sizing guides or consult a member of our team for assistance before placing an order to ensure the correct size is chosen. 

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with the stitching unless the stitching is deemed to be of poor quality. Loose threads or thread colours will not be accepted as grounds for a refund. Refunds will only be considered if the stitching is missing, insufficient for use, or is coming apart. 

Due to the nature of the products being used for sports, we will not accept refund requests for items that have been used. Damages to the material, threads, discolouration, or other issues resulting from wear and tear or use in sports activities are not eligible for a refund. 

Refunds will not be issued for issues arising from improper washing or care of the products. We advise customers to follow the care instructions provided to avoid any damage. 

Due to technical limitations in production, there may be slight variations between the final product and the digital design viewed on-screen. We cannot offer refunds for minor discrepancies that do not affect the overall quality or functionality of the product. 

Refunds will not be issued for design errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer, such as wrong logos, spelling mistakes, or specifications that were approved before production. 

Acceptance of Goods: 

We advise all customers to carefully check their products upon delivery and inform 3T Sports Co. of any major defects or incorrect issues with the products as soon as possible. If we do not receive any communication regarding issues or defects within 7 days of delivery, we will consider the goods to have been accepted by the customer. After this period, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances, except for reasons outlined in the Eligible Reasons for a Refund section. 

Production Delays:

Please note that while our standard lead time for production is 4-6 weeks, this timeframe may be exceeded due to various factors, such as high demand periods or the complexity of the products ordered. Customers are not entitled to a refund due to delays in production that exceed this specified lead time.

How to Request a Refund: 

Refunds must be requested within 7 days of receiving the items. To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with any relevant evidence, such as photos of the faulty product or documentation showing the approved design specifications. Our team will review your request and conduct an investigation. 

Refunds will be issued after 3T Sports Co. concludes its investigation. If 3T Sports Co. deems the refund to be justified, the refund will be processed and issued within 30 days. 

Refund Timeframe: 

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

At 3T Sports Co, the quality of our products is our highest priority, and we take it very seriously. All our products undergo rigorous testing to ensure they meet our 3T Quality Assured standards. We carry out comprehensive product tests on our standard models, including but not limited to our Performance-Fit Football Kits. 

We ensure that each item meets the customer’s design specifications at every stage of production, from the final design approval to printed and embroidery tests, right up to the final packaging. This thorough process guarantees that the products you receive are of the highest quality and match the design specifications you approved.
