Domestic Shipping (UK Only)
We ship all orders within the United Kingdom. 3T Sports Co will select the courier based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We work with trusted couriers to ensure timely and safe delivery.
Delivery Time
Our standard lead time for production and dispatch is 4-6 weeks. However, during busy periods or due to the complexity of your order, this timeframe may be exceeded. We will keep you informed if delays are expected. Once dispatched, delivery times will depend on the courier and location, and you will be notified when your order is shipped, along with tracking information if available.
Shipping Costs
For orders under £100, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping charges. The shipping cost will be calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the order and will be added to the total at checkout.
Orders over £100 will typically qualify for free shipping within the UK unless special delivery arrangements are requested.
Courier Selection
3T Sports Co will choose the courier for your order based on logistical requirements. If you have specific delivery preferences or requirements, these must be communicated to us when making payment. If no requirements are specified, 3T Sports Co will proceed with the standard delivery arrangements.
Should you wish to deal with the courier directly to arrange delivery or have particular requests for how the order is handled, you are welcome to do so. However, 3T Sports Co is not responsible for managing delivery requests after the goods have been dispatched.
Courier Responsibility
3T Sports Co is not liable for any issues or delays caused by the third-party courier. Once the goods leave our facility, the responsibility for safe and timely delivery lies with the courier. Should any issues arise, such as missed deliveries or delays, the customer should follow up directly with the courier, using the tracking details provided.
International Shipping (Special Requests Only)
At this time, we only ship internationally upon special request. If you require delivery outside the UK, please contact us to discuss options. International shipping will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and additional charges will apply.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Processing Time
All orders are custom-made and begin production after final payment is received and design approval is confirmed. While our standard production and dispatch timeframe is 4-6 weeks, this may vary depending on the time of year or the complexity of your order. We will inform you if your delivery timeframe is likely to be longer than expected.
Delays
While we aim to dispatch all orders within the estimated timeframe, certain factors beyond our control (e.g., high demand periods, complex designs, courier delays) may extend this. We will keep you updated in the event of any delays.
Split Shipments
Depending on the size and nature of your order, it may be shipped in separate parcels. You will be notified if your order will arrive in multiple shipments, and tracking information will be provided for each.
Missed or Lost Deliveries
Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is made and you are unavailable, the courier will typically leave a card with instructions for rescheduling or collecting your package from a local depot. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for a redelivery or collect the item as per the courier’s instructions.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order is lost or goes missing during delivery, please contact us immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the courier. Refunds or replacements will only be processed after the investigation is complete and 3T Sports Co. has been reimbursed by the third-party courier. Customer Responsibility
Accurate Delivery Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery details at checkout. 3T Sports Co will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.
Special Delivery Requirements
Any specific delivery requirements (e.g., delivery instructions, preferred timeframes) must be communicated to 3T Sports Co at the time of payment. If no special requirements are provided, we will proceed with standard delivery. If you have specific arrangements you’d prefer to handle with the courier directly, please be aware that 3T Sports Co. will not be responsible for any complications arising from these arrangements.
Inspection of Goods
We recommend customers inspect their products upon delivery. If there are any defects, damages, or incorrect items, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the order. After this period, we will consider the goods to be accepted as per our Acceptance of Goods policy.
